Easter Ensembles Course 2026

Dates: Thursday 16 – Sunday 19 April 2026

The Easter Ensembles Course is a four-day non-auditioned course for young instrumentalist aged 10-16 (P5-S4), offering the opportunity to develop ensemble skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

The course is open to players of strings, woodwind, brass and percussion.

Playing standard: Grade 3-6 (ABRSM, Trinity, or equivalent). Grades are provided as a guideline only; applicants are not required to have taken formal exams.

During the course, participants take part in:

  • Daily ensemble rehearsals and sectional coaching with experienced Tutors
  • Creative and collaborative sessions working with other young musicians in a fun and focused setting
  • A final sharing concert for family and friends on Sunday 19 April (free admission)

Course Fee: The fee for the course is £175. We are committed to making the course accessible to all, and full and partial bursaries are available for families who required financial assistance.

EYO Symphony Orchestra 2026

The EYO Symphony Orchestra is a fully auditioned course for advanced orchestral instumentalists aged 13-21, offering the experience of performing symphonic repertoire, working with a professional conductor, soloist and inspirational tutors.

Playing standard: Above Grade 6 (ABRSM, Trinity or equivalent). Formal exams are not required, but the standard should be comfortably met.
