Application Process Summer 2026

To apply for the EYO Symphony Orchestra, please complete this online application form by Monday 1 December 2025.

Once we have received your application, we will contact you by email to arrange your audition. You may choose to audition either:

  • In person, or
  • By video submission (instructions will be included in your confirmation email)

In-Person Auditions

Invitations for in-person auditions will be sent by email. If you have not received your invitation by Friday 12 December 2025, please get in touch.

Audition Outcome and Next Steps

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their audition by email.

If you are offered a place on the course, you will be asked to confirm it by paying a non-refundable deposit of £95.

The remaining balance of the course fee is due by 1 May 2026, either as a single payment or through instalments. Full details will be sent in your offer email.

Financial Assistance:

EYO is committed to ensuring that its courses are accessible to all, and financial assistance is available to successful applicants. In families with multiple applicants, the second and subsequent participants will pay a reduced fee of £300 per person.
